We do see the Message Log and the errors that are being filtered. TT needs to resolve this. There is a problem with the price formatting. Until they resolve it, we cannot do anything on our part to help with this. Once it is resolved, we can then give you instructions on what to do but it should just be a matter of re-downloading in the data in the chart.
