The server has years of data so the 5 months will just be re-downloaded. You can also re-download from any point time in the Intraday Data Editor by following the instructions for Delete and Download Data From Current Position to End: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_IntradayDataEditor.html#DeleteDownloadDataFromCurrentPositionToEnd We have confirmed based on the Message Log entries, that the problem must be the Symbol Settings are not up to date.
