I use both OEC trader and Sierra Charts. Sierra Charts data, real-time and historical is set to Gain Capital (OEC) as data source. I loaded the software last night after being away for a few days. I have 13 data symbols I follow and 9 of them filled in the “historical” chart data from 12.22.15 1600ET to last night’s open at 1800ET and are updating realtime. Four of the symbols have data missing for various times until last evenings open. I haven’t had any data issues for many months, at least 6-7 months. Here are the symbols and approximate timeframes that are missing historical data. I did a delete data and download and still missing; also rebooted and did same – no difference. GCLG6 - 12.22.15 1800ET until 12.24.15 09:15ET ESH6 - 12.22.15 1800ET until 12.24.15 10:30ET NQH6 - 12.22.15 1800ET until 12.23.15 14:45ET 6EH6- 12.22.15 1800ET until 12.23.15 09:00ET FYI, I contacted Gain Capital and they told me to contact you. |
