Not sure if this is Sierra or Windows related (8.1 Pro) but it started right after I updated 1330 to 1333. Now I am on 1336 and it persists. You can see on the attached pic that only the far right part is visible. This happens at startup and when I detach a window. The only way I can fix it is if I disable the toolbar from the window command, or add another toolbar. Then the toolbars of the window appear normally.
