We still do not have clear information about the CPU usage of Sierra Chart at the time you see this and the number of CPU cores on your system. It is not helpful for us to hear anything further without this information.


The basic logic is, you can't rule out this is SC compatibility issue.
This does not make sense for Sierra Chart because Sierra Chart is written to the Windows API. There is no system interaction from it which could be considered as potentially incompatible. Especially being it does not run with administrator rights, does not use CLR, ActiveX, the registry or any garbage like that.

It is not a compatibility problem. It could not be. Something like that would not be even considered by us.

Our only interest is if Sierra Chart is using a high amount of CPU usage momentarily for some unknown reason, and to determine what that reason is and how best to resolve that.
