yes, I have enough PC knowledge to handle SC. I have MS on CS. I used to be a database architect on SAP side, so I have no problems at all to handle trouble shooting on all kinds of computer related issues. After all, SC is not a very complicated software package. The basic logic is, you can't rule out this is SC compatibility issue. I see this kind of problem all the time. Yes, I am 100% certain.
