That is a very commonly traded market among Sierra Chart users using Interactive Brokers and there is little trouble with this. Two settings on the Sierra Chart side that you can change are as follows: Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> Use Server Side OCO and Bracket Orders. Try disabling this and submitting the orders. Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Connection Details >> Instance. Try setting that to 0.
