Good day We are looking to use the Sierra DOM for order management however we are seeing a delay in cancellations that are an obvious settings issue. Once an order is cancelled on the Sierra DOM it cancels immediately in the Interactive Brokers TWS shown on the left hand side of the VIDEO below. However it takes approximately 10 seconds to cancel on the DOM. Another issue is that if an order on the DOM is moved it cancels on the DOM and remains active in TWS.
