I've been looking at the ellipse tool and especially the option 2nd point is radius. I think this option is not implemented the right way. The 2nd point should be on the circumference of the circle as that defines the radius. I was really looking forward to this option and hope a correction will be made to correctly draw an ellipse or circle with the desired radius.
