Eventually we will separate Chartbooks into its own folder. AWESOME! I don't want to sync across GB's of scid files. It would be great if you could put all of the files as it relates to custom settings (toolbar buttons, font size, colors etc...) in a separate directory as well. This would make it incredibly simple to put these configs on cloud storage to be used on other computers as well as if you rebuild your computer, you can just copy one directory over to restore your look and feel.
