We definitely do believe this is a system specific issue and the implementation of Windows on Top is not implemented properly on your system. However, when exiting from Sierra Chart and the "Save All?" prompt is displayed, we made a change where that dialog box is not set to the topmost level and may therefore allow you to move the chart out of the way to get to it.
