Hi, I began downloading daily bars and 100 (one hundred) tick bars data for cocoa (CC) and sugar (SB) beginning from contracts expiring May 2012. I have service package 3. There seems to be a problem with tick data in some contract months in 2012. Daily bars are ok for all contracts I think. For example, 100 tick bars for CCK12 (May 2012), CCN12 (July 2012) and CCU12 (September 2012) seem to be OK. However, 100 tick bars for CCZ12 (December 2012) seem to be very packed somehow. I tried re-downloading the data. Could the reason be that tick data for sugar and cocoa are only available beginning January 2013, or should I be able to download tick data for 2012?
