after contact my VPS vendor and recreate windows 2008 server and clean install sierra chart, I continue to have same problem. following is the communication with their tech support: Dear Song, This is our first time to know this kind of issue. Sorry that we have little bit knowledge on Sierra chart application. Please contact back the support if their application requires any specific Windows server 2008 update in order to run? Perhaps .net update or anything? Another thing is that can it run on a 64 bit OS, Windows server 2008 version 6.0? One last thing please let them access your VPS in order for them to see the sierra application log instead the coding. That way hopefully they could know and tackle the root cause of the issue.
