Hi, I bought SC exchange data and exchange fee for Full CME Group for non professional Trading accounts. But when I downloaded NQZ15 (it shows M in square brackets in the upper left hand corner on the chart) the chart is frozen, it does not download further data and price is stuck at one point. Furthermore I cannot open IB for trading and SC exchange data at the same time. Please tell me what I did wrong.
