Thank you for calling your users dumb, I'm sure we all appreciate that. Yes, obviously the charts cannot be moved, the SC Save All dialog box needs to be answered before anything can be moved, and it cannot be access because all the charts are piled on top of it and set to Always on Top. Can you make it so the SC dialog boxes show on top of charts set to Always on top? This would solve the issue.
