We are not going to spend any further time responding to this other than to say move the chart out of the way if it is covering something else. We tested this even when an always on top chart was covering the dialog prompting to save to Chartbooks when exiting from Sierra Chart. We will not spend further time on this. This question is puzzling to us unless you cannot move the chart and if you cannot, this is a system specific issue we have no control over.
