As we indicated in post #10 and #18 you need to set Sierra Chart to a tick by tick data configuration as explained here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_TickbyTickDataConfiguration.php Also the documentation we linked you to in the beginning did state this as well.
