1. We have to look into this, but thinking about it this does make sense. Really all studies should be notified of this, but it is not efficient. So probably a study should request notifications of ACS Buttons by setting a flag. 2. No. 3. Possibly, but this is the kind of thing that we would consider later on next year when we do a lot of work on ACSIL. Probably all of this will be rethought over and improvements will be made. But we think the best solution, is what we described in 1. So we will think that over and if it makes sense it will be implemented.
