Also, from what I am gathering from your response, is that all versions on my desktop and laptop HAVE to be the same version? is this correct

This is not correct. They can be different versions.

If you are still having a problem, we need to understand exactly what the problem is with the Trade Activity Log. It is not clear for us.

When you are performing trading, are you not seeing the trading activity at that moment in time listed in the Trade >> Trade Activity Log >> Trade Activity in the instance you are trading from? If so, the problem is with the settings at the top of the Trade Activity Log filtering out the data.
