I went into my \sierracharts\backup folder, and there is not a "TradeActivityLog.DAT.corrupt" file in that folder. So does that mean I do not have a corrupt file? Or should I do the steps anyway?

Also, from what I am gathering from your response, is that all versions on my desktop and laptop HAVE to be the same version? is this correct, I don't remember this being a problem before, and have been using Sierra Charts now for about 7 years.
