I would like to send you guys my cht copy to use on your system, it is a very small file, but i hope this can be of help...I set the scale to 30, but whenever I reopen it, the setting is not 30, some other values just reset it... my old version is 962....everything is OK now,as long I closed the chart and reopen from File>>Open Chartbook...or when shutting down sierra, the issue still there...headache...
