Found this thread as I was about to suggest the same feature. If your concern about unexpected behavior is that people will simply forget about the setting, how about adding another check box to the replay control ("Allow alerts to pause replay"), and have it unchecked by default? Please consider how useful this feature would be before you discard the idea. For the user it is the difference between staring at the chart, wasting a lot of time while waiting for a buy/sell signal (alert) at a slow replay speed vs. just "skipping ahead" to the next signal. You can literally spend days watching replays and not get more done than you would have in just a few hours with the ability to pause on alerts. Thor
