No, it is definitely not a technical issue at all that we would have any control over. This question is something that should not be asked of us if it is known that it is not a technical issue. It is most appropriate to ask the CME about this. And yes, do please contact them about this. They are a far larger organization than us, with far amounts of greater resources. If they cannot answer it, then why should we be answering it when we do not even know the answer to begin with.
