We tried setting the Historical Intraday Days to Download to 30000 and the number did not change back to the default. We had thought it was being reset back to the default, but this is not the case. It seems as though the problem you are having with both of these is that the Sierra Chart configuration file (sierra3.CFG) might be set to read-only or your Windows account does not have write access to the folder Sierra Chart is installed to.
