They are not required to close the Trade >> Trade Service Log. They could just move it out of the way. Upon a trading error which requires the user's attention, that window will open if it is not already open but it will not take the focus. It does not have to be acknowledged.

so that when error messages pop up, you are not required to close out the error message prior to continue attending to a trade?

There is no setting because this is not true. That window definitely does not have to be closed or even acknowledged to continue to trade.

It would be best to leave the Trade Service Log open and just move it to the edge of the screen if the user does not want to look at it.

And we highly recommend at this time contacting CQG to increase the order action rate. If they are seeing an error with that now, they are going to continue to see it. You should not wait for this. That error should be regarded as a highly critical trading error that should be immediately attended to if the cause of it is known and not some unexpected event which should be limited.
