Hi Sierrachart, I have a paid "Service package 5" account with you and want to test out connecting it to CQG to receive market data from them (for a number of exchanges your not connected to). I followed your instructions to connect my (demo) CQG account to you, but it won't connect for some reason. Are there any additional SC features I need to pay for or enable to get this CQG connection to work? If not, I'll check in with CGG again to see what the problem could be.
