You should go to "Analysis >> Studies" then open Study settings window for Average True Range study and on "Settings and Inputs" tab change the precision by "Value Format" combo box. Refer to: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_ChartStudies.html#SettingsandInputsTab
