Are you kidding me?? I have spent 4 hours doing this.... I will need to spend another 45 min rebuilding my chart book and all its tool and settings. I have did everything you asked me to and spent another hr after your call, which was about 20min.. It would be much easier if your team can help identify the problem so it doesn't occur again. You can imagine, how irate and irritated I am and would be if it re-occurs again.. BTW-I also work so don't have time to spend hours only doing this....... Can somebody please just call me?
