The next release will correct this problem. We understand the reason why this is happening. For now go to the chart associated with the Time and Sales window and select Chart >> Reload and Recalculate after enabling Show Title Bar in the Time and Sales Settings. This is an excellent example of why in general, we are hesitant to add functionality like hiding of title bars and menus because it does create a general problem where there is not an obvious intuitive way to restore these things.
