When you say the process is not working, do you mean you see the data error from IQ Feed appear again? We had a look and we do not see data errors for these symbols from IQ Feed currently. If you do see the errors, please contact them them about the problem. Until they correct that error, unfortunately you will not be able to open the Chartbooks which are going to be affected by the significant data error.
