Something is going wrong on the Interactive Brokers side for this error to be occurring:

Symbol Error - ES-201509-GLOBEX is unknown, unavailable, or improperly formatted. Invalid destination exchange specified | 2015-08-25 04:53:43

However, it is possible by resetting the Symbol Settings in Sierra Chart, it might indirectly solve this.
