Fxcm is 10k for sure, I've talked with them a good deal last month about this. There is no good option if you want to trade spot FX yet, unless you have 10k or more. OEC is through forex.com and I use that but it's not ideal, bad spreads, crappy candle formations, bad volume feed and the prices are always off all other spot feeds.
