There are only two definitive possibilities here. You are using the Volume by Price study with the TPO Profile Chart study and that is using 5 ticks per letter/block. Or the Volume at Price Multiplier is set to 5. Verify it is set to 1 and check that it never changes. Possibly it is changing temporarily without you realizing it.
