Volume Profiles can be created from tick by tick data on 30 minute and 1 day per bar charts. TPO Profile Charts do not require data with a timeframe any less than 1 minute. These kinds of charts do not use chart bars in the usual way and the bars are not visible. So the timeframe per bar, is not even controllable.
