What we are observing with post #7 is that chart windows which are tiled and not active, will not have the Compact Tool Values Window repositioned with a tile operation. This we cannot solve and we will not try to solve this. You will have to do a manual reposition. Or use a common location by unchecking Global Settings >> Tool Settings >>Save CTV Window Position for Each Chart. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
