We cannot duplicate this problem. We positioned the Compact Tool Values window at the top left of the chart and maximized it and restored it and the position was identical relative to the top left. This is on version 1282. Keep in mind this window is saved relative to each chart. So if what you are seeing is different, we have to think about why it would be happening in some cases.
