maybe try adding the "recalculate" to a new toolbar and have it next to your chart so you do not have to use the drop down menu every time you need to recalculate.. 23% is already a large amount of CPU usage, most should only be anywhere from 1-5% very low CPU usage is one of the many reasons sierra chart is superior, provides for quicker executions and more focus on instant data updating with no lags. i dont think they intend to fittle with this as many other platforms do trying to implement more bells and whistles every month
