I am getting very very frustrated about this. It's not my own language but my english is not that bad that I don't understand but.... I did exactly what I read in the links above you send me. I think that it won't work because I have to pay you for using Sierra Charts (??) but you might understand I don't do that because I pay already for Sierra Charts. I received an email with notifications I already know. My account name for using SC and my old password that won't work because it is expired...... I tried another complete new password but no results. Please, can you tell me in easy english why I can't use Sierra Charts on my new PC.
