Unfortunately, no. You can reference J28 from H1, e.g., and then fix rows 1 and 2 to always be at the top of the sheet, then drag the corner of the sheet to make it small to park it somewhere. If you are using the same-named spreadsheet for both charts, you can reference both sheets' J28 from one sheet's H1 and H2, e.g. This is probably the best workaround.
