Having button sizes which are adjusted to the content is one huge advantage of the new Control Bar. We can add an option to make them all the same size which would be the widest required size. The font for the Control Bar/ToolBar is its own setting already and that is primarily what affects the size of the buttons. The only other thing is going to be the icon graphics themselves.
