Hi Sierra Chart Engineering first i have to report that SC 1270 now works properly , see: Error after updating new release but i found is the version of SC with new spreadsheet that are causing SC freezing when custom studies are added, in my case the second time i add a custom study. when first release of SC 1270 didn't work , i came back to 1269 but with new spreadsheet version. every time i tried to add a second custom studies., SC freezes . I tried with 1270 new spreadsheet and problem was still here. I have installed 1270 with old spreadsheet and now all works fine. i looked in the Logs subfolder of the Sierra Chart folder but i didn't find messagelogxxxxxxx.log only CQC log |
