We need from one of you, your Sierra3.CFG file so we can duplicate this problem. We were unable to duplicate it, so we could not fix the original problem and had to go back to version 1269.

This file is located in the Sierra Chart main program folder.

I do not have the "damaged" Sierra3.CFG because I solved the "problem" by myself. I installed my previous version and made a transferring as discribed. Sorry

maybe this is the "damaged" because as I know I made a sik copy of the complete folder and than I made the transfer.

We still need to do more work to review code to see where the problem could be. It does relate to the new control bar we are developing. There have been some changes already and we would like to know if the problem is still encountered.

We recommend just installing this into another folder and see if you encounter the startup error.
