Since this is apparently a network problem T-Mobile is asking for a traceroute. That should tell us if the packets are getting to their network at all and, if not, where they are being blocked. From T-Mobile: We don’t place blocks at F5 level where the FQDN resides. Please have them provide a full traceroute to mm3.tmomail.net |
