Hello, I've got a demo account data connection with CTS, all other products seems to be working ok but the ES charts are following 30mins behind, it's like watching replay. From the attached screenshot you can see my system time is 14:33 but the chart last print is 14:04, even the DOM graph is active and working. Any idea how to fix this problem? thanks. |
