Today I'd like to send you a good example for a block trades. The left hand side T&S is witout any filter and the right one with the filter "same time and type". The file "TapeBlock1" show the beginning of the trade with the timestamp "14:20:47.xxx" and the "TapeBlock2" show the end of this sequence. May I ask you again to add a filter like "NumTrades >=" that works only in connection with the "Same Time and Type" Filter. To filter a block trade is very helpful because you see much easiere that a "BigBoy" is coming and pushing the market. At the moment there is no filter and if you have a fast tape you miss that big position of "236/77". In case of a filter I would set "NumTrades >= 50" (in connection with the "Same Time and Type" filter) and only that position is in sight. Many thanks |
