The Hand Tool is used so often it should be visible on the Tool Bar next to the Pointer and Crosshairs by default. The Hand Tool is itself a pointer which makes the Pointer kind of unnecessary. Please consider as update. Thanks. Note: The Hand Tool can be added to charts right-click via Global Settings → Customize Chart Shortcut Menu → Hand → Add->>.
