I have the bundled service from my broker that provides data to SC for the CME CBOT, COMEX & NYMEX. I can see from my trading platform that the data is updating correctly. I can open charts for various symbols in all of these exchanges and they show pricing data. However the CBOT, COMEX & NYMEX exchanges will not update in real time. I have to disconnect SC and reconnect in order to get any updated pricing data. Can you please advise how to fix. Thanks Aaron |
