Hello. For the past few weeks, my charts update for some symbols, but not for all. Today, for instance, GC2015-04, ZB2015-03, and YM2015-03 would not update. CL, LE, and ES all updated perfectly throughout the day. I have worked twice with support at AMP in the past two days, and the second time they sent a log file to you and advised me to contact you directly. Additional info: I have updated to 1204, opening a new chart for the same symbol does not correct the problem, restarting and reconnecting do not usually solve the problem. Twice, of dozens of efforts, reconnecting has worked to update charts but not to reactivate their real-time updating. Can you please tell me what to do next that may solve this problem? Thanks.
