I upgraded from 24 to 32 and it failed to download historical data for daily fx. I closed and reopened TWS. I tried fresh symbols using "find a symbol" I did a clean install and only added Accounts.cfg Here's the log from the clean version: Current selected Data/Trading service: Interactive Brokers | 2015-02-18 05:33:04
