Good evening, One of our users, presumably currently on the free-trial version of SC, has sent us in the following error message: I have set my Intraday data storage time unit in sierra to 1 min. I am still getting the permission error. ============================================== HD Request # 1 - Downloading Intraday chart data for CME_Eq-ES-CME_20130600_ESM3 to the file CME_Eq-ES-CME_20130600_ESM3.scid. TradeDate: 2013-05-18 \| 2013-05-28 20:34:30 CTS T4 Service: Error with historical data request.
